Anybody knows why #Netflix does not use audio introduction with film #audiodescription? Is it a technical issue? Is it considered unnecessary?

A woman with light brown hair removes a syringe from a vial. Nearby a woman with brown skin lies in a bathtub. Looking in a floor mirror the brown haired woman sees the reflection of the blond.
In the derelict church, the brown-haired woman stares at the blond.

Evening. The platinum blond stares at the blond on the roof.
Daytime. The woman with chin length hair, eyes wide. The blond stands in a pool of light.

These complicated opening scenes become more complex to mentally visualize. An audio introduction would definitely help the blind at least identify the characters.
