Some #subtitlers omit the "wow"s found in English templates, but not all do. Newbies especially are too worried they'll get low scores due to "omission"😖. Including exclamations and other recoverable expressions does no service to accessibility. #Deaf and HoH viewers need real #SDH with all relevant sound descriptions. Not half-baked solutions. Reading some "wow"s is not of much help when all important nonverbal info is missing.
