Greek viewers of #TheWitcher have been discussing the #subtitles quality. The issue is the horse's name #Płotka. Book translations have handled it differently: English, Spanish, Italian chose to translate it (Roach, Sardinilla), Greek to transliterate it (Πουότκα).

So the viewers hear Roach but read Płotka, which doesn't make any sense (it would if it were a Greek word). Obviously it was a global decision, to respect the fans of the books (the game is not available in Greek). It doesn't work well, though. It's a lose-lose situation.
