#Netflix guidelines for SDH:"the reading speed for children's programs can be increased to 17 characters per second." I guess it's to accomodate sound cues & speaker IDs, but is there any proof that deaf kids are faster readers? Or they don't mind less viewing and more reading?
Viewer needs are different, especially at the age range 6-10, where reading speeds vary much more than with adults. Can there be an ideal cps?
