@MerriamWebster, the profession of the #subtitler is well-known and established for many years. Why is it not in the dictionary? Shouldn't the search for the word lead to this entry at least?

Translators don't have an entry, unlike interpreters!
Seems there are three tiers depending on status:
#interpreters with their own dictionary entry;
#translators existing in the dictionary but not with own entry;
#subtitlers not existing in the dictionary.
Is it because there is no film called #TheSubtitler?
