Exciting news for the world of translation ✨ 🎉 My dear friend and esteemed colleague Patrick Zabalbeascoa has just released his book #AudiovisualTranslation! Having had the privilege to follow Patrick’s journey while writing this remarkable textbook (even discussing it by the seafront at our beloved Lampiri Achaias) I can’t help but admire his dedication, clarity, and ability to make complex ideas accessible.

With over 30 years of experience teaching translation, Patrick combines theoretical insights with practical examples that open your eyes to new possibilities. His proposals and solutions address common challenges in AVT but also encourage readers to think critically and creatively.

Whether you’re a teacher, a student, a practitioner, or simply passionate about the world of AVT, this book offers the knowledge, exercises, and thought-provoking discussions you need. A must-have in every library!

Way to go, Patrick, what a great way to celebrate 2025!
